Point Pelee. Ontario, Canada

During our three Week visit we saw 202 species including a well documented named Warbler---Brewster's Warbler ( a hybrid of Golden-winged and Blue-winged Warblers).

It interesting to note that of these 202 species eighty appear on our BOU British list.

Point Pelee is a well known migration hot-spot being the first landing site as migrants hit the Northern shores of Lake Erie, Warblers being the target species group.

Of the 44 Wood Warblers listed in the Ontario Check List we were fortunate to see 32.

All the following Photographs can be 'clicked ' for greater detail.
